Does adding a product make it public?
No. Products are internal by default and customer visibility only applies in an already authorised shared context.
Can staff view SDS files?
Staff can access product safety information when visibility and job permissions allow it.
Can staff record customer-supplied products?
Yes. A manual customer-supplied entry can be recorded without adding an unapproved product to the main library.
