No card is required for the 30-day Starter trial. Growth and Pro are paid plans and require payment details when purchased.
Starter includes up to 2 admin users and up to 3 staff users. Admin users are owner/admin accounts. Staff users are worker accounts.
Admin users manage the business, settings, customers, jobs, documents and billing. Staff users use the mobile workflow for assigned jobs, training, photos and incidents.
No. Customer portal users do not count towards admin or staff user limits.
Starter includes 2GB storage, Growth includes 10GB and Pro includes 25GB. Job photos, documents, incident photos, training files and business assets count towards storage.
Video uploads are not included as standard. Video access may require an add-on and is not part of the default Starter, Growth or Pro setup.
Normal app access remains available, but new uploads may be blocked until old files are deleted or extra storage is arranged.
Yes. You can buy Growth or Pro directly, or upgrade from Starter. Growth customers can also upgrade to Pro from Plan & Billing.
Starter and Growth support up to 90-day job photo retention. Pro supports up to 180 days, and longer retention may require a support-arranged add-on.
Yes. Contact support if you need more staff users, admin users, storage or longer retention than your current plan includes.
No. ServiceFlow is job management software for service businesses. Cleaning, facilities management, pest control, window cleaning, maintenance and contractor teams are examples, not limits.
